Return & Exchange Policy
1. Return Eligibility
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be returned in their original packaging and condition to qualify for a refund.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are non-returnable, including:

• Used or damaged items not due to our error
• Clearance or final sale items

3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
1. Contact Us:
Email our customer service team at info@ecorisesupply.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Provide your order number and the reason for the return.
2. Prepare Your Package:
Securely pack the item(s) in the original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and parts. Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package.
3. Ship the Package:
Use a trackable shipping method to send the package to the address provided by our customer service team. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be applied to your original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
